Because of limited availability, reservations must be made in advance by phone. A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to secure your campsite. This deposit is applied to your total balance (not an additional fee). Please note that reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
We accept all forms of payment, however there is an automatic charge of 2.7% when using a card.
During Holiday weekends only there is a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights.
Check-in begins at 1:00 pm (please plan to arrive after this time, early arrivals cannot be accommodated).
Check-Out: by 11:00 am
Late check-out may result in an additional night’s charge. If you’d like to stay past 11:00 am, please extend your reservation, as we often have new guests scheduled to arrive on your site.
Maximum stay in a tent is 1 week.
Maximum stay in your camper is 1 month. Sorry, we currently do not have any availability for permanent seasonal sites.
Putting a tent up on your RV site at your camper is a $20 extra fee. Please tell us if you plan on adding a tent to your campsite upon booking so it can be approved by management.

All visitors and guests must stop and register at the office and receive a car tag. Only one car may be parked on a site.
Unable to make it? Please let us know asap! You must call to confirm your reservation cancellation. We will return your call or text you asap to confirm that we received notice of your cancellation.
You can cancel your reservation 7 days ahead of your scheduled stay and receive your deposit refunded in full (minus card fees). We do not refund the deposit after 7 days ahead of your scheduled stay.
Emergencies happen! If something comes up and you can’t make your reservation, please let us know. You can transfer your reservation or deposit to another date within the same year, so you won’t lose your deposit.
No refunds for rain/bad weather.
No shows are kept track of and may result in being denied future reservations.
All sales final - We do not give refunds if you decide to leave early.
We’re a family-owned and operated campground where guests come to relax and enjoy a short getaway. Our campground is for vacations only, so long-term residency isn’t allowed.

We love pets and consider them part of the family! All pets are welcome, and we have no breed restrictions. For everyone’s safety, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and owners are expected to clean up after them. Please dispose of waste in designated trash cans or the dumpster.
Pets are welcome to swim and play in the creek, but please keep them out of our fishing pond. Do not allow pets to chase or tease wildlife or the campground ducks. When not on a leash, pets should be safely restrained in your camper or tent. Proof of vaccination may be requested, but it is not required at check-in.
We also have a friendly “campground dog” named Flin who lives nearby at the tree farm. Don’t worry—he isn’t lost! He’s been visiting us since he was a puppy, loves meeting guests, and always finds his way back home.
Only one family and one camping unit per campsite.
Only one car may be parked on a site. All other cars must be parked at the office.
All visitors to the campground are to register at the office and park in designated visitor parking. A car tag is given to each visitor and registered to your campsite.
Alcoholic beverages, drugs, fireworks, and firearms are not allowed.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, restrained on your site, and kept in your camper at night.
Owners are to pick up all dog droppings throughout the park.
Motorized vehicles, other than cars, trucks, and campers are not allowed.
All campfires will be confined to fire rings. A fire ring is provided at each site for your convenience. You are allowed to bring in your own firewood, however we sell bundles at the campstore for $5 a bundle if needed. You are not allowed to cut any trees on campground property for firewood without permission from management.
Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal property caused by fire, theft, or accident. RCFC is not responsible for items left in the bath houses. If an item is found, please bring it to the office and we will try to locate the owner(s).
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in keeping the bathhouses clean. Washing clothes or dishes in bathhouses is not allowed. RCFC is not responsible for items left in the bath houses.
Washing vehicles or campers is not allowed.
Quiet hours are 11 pm until 8 am. All visitors should be out of the campground by 10:45 pm.
All household trash is to be deposed of upon leaving the campground at the dumpster.
