Community Covered Shed

Our covered community shed with picnic tables is perfect for a small get together, cookouts, baby showers, birthday parties, and more. Any of our guests can rent the shed for usage for a fee of $25 per hour. A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking. This $25 pays for your first hour of usage. Approval from management, payment, and finalized reservation must be made ahead of time to ensure that we have no activities planned the day of your event. The shed is fully equipped with 6 picnic tables, with lights and power if needed.
