Seasonal Sites

One of the most popular questions we get asked is about availability for a permanent/seasonal site. To get straight to the point we've decided to cover all questions about seasonal sites we receive.

We have a waiting list and require everyone who is interested to fill out an application so we have your contact information and site requirements on file. Please send us an email here if interested in an application. 

Once a site becomes available, we contact people on the first-come, first-served waiting list that places people in line strictly based on the order of when they applied.  If that person passes on that site, we move to the next person in line.

• Annual Lot Lease: Prices start at $1,800 per year for noncreekside and $2000 for creekside. 
• Electricity: Seasonal campers are responsible for paying their own monthly electric bill.
• Septic & Trash Fees: An additional $200 yearly fee covers septic and trash services.
• Annual Contract: All seasonal site holders must complete and sign a new contract each year, agreeing to follow all campground rules, regulations, and policies.
• Our season runs from the first weekend of April until the last weekend in October.  

Rose Creek Family Campground is a place for recreation, relaxation, and enjoying the outdoors. Seasonal sites are intended for active use by campers and are not intended for storage purposes.

Seasonal campers are expected to visit and use their sites regularly throughout the camping season. Sites may not be leased solely to store an RV or camper without regular visits and recreational use.

We do not allow residential stays on campground property. 

We strive to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone. All seasonal campers are expected to respect campground property, fellow campers, and all established rules and policies.
